Exam timetables and information
Your exam timetable is available through SOLAR. If you need assistance with SOLAR, please contact Student Administration.
Exam venues and parking
Check your timetable on SOLAR carefully to identify your exam venues. It is recommended you familiarise yourself with your exam venues before exam week commences. Visit your exam venues on campus and time your journey to ensure you arrive with plenty of time to spare on the day.
If your exams are at the Sports Stadium, please note:
- parking is not available at the Sports Stadium – all student parking for all exams is on campus in existing student parking areas
- refer to the exam access and parking map for directions to the Sports Stadium
- allow 7-10 minutes to walk from campus carparks to the Sports Stadium
- plan to arrive at the Sports Stadium at least 30 minutes before your exam is scheduled to commence
- drop-offs are allowed at the Sports Stadium, but are not recommended due to extensive roadworks outside Chancellor State College, which may cause considerable delays to your journey
- bring an umbrella in the event of rain
Student ID cards
All students are required to provide photo ID to staff at the exam venue, so please ensure you have your Student ID on you. If you have lost your ID card, a replacement card is available from Student Administration at a cost of A$10.
Food and drink during examinations
No food is permitted in the exam venue. Students may bring a clear unlabelled bottle of water.
Students with medical conditions
Students who have a medical condition that requires other arrangements should contact Student Services prior to the examination.
