* This form should not be used to apply for entry to the Graduate Diploma in Education program. Applicants should apply through the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) website and complete the Graduate Diploma in Education Additional Information Form (PDF 65KB). Applicants for the Master of Psychology (Clinical) should complete the Master of Psychology (Clinical) Application Form (PDF 84KB), a QTAC application is not required for this program.
