Cross-institutional students

Cross-institutional students enrol in a course(s) through another institution which, on successful completion, can be credited to the program at the home institution.

How to apply

Application procedures for cross-institutional enrolment is available for:

Students from other universities

Domestic students

Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens, or holders of an Australian permanent visa enrolled in a Commonwealth supported place at their home university:

Step 1:
Select your course(s). Read the University's course descriptions to assist your selection.

Step 2:
Ensure you meet all prerequisites (or equivalents) for your chosen course(s). Seek advice from the relevant Faculty for more information.

Step 3:
Complete a University of the Sunshine Coast Cross-Institutional Application Form:
Cross-Institutional Application Form (PDF 54KB)

Step 4:
Lodge the completed application form with supporting documentation to Student Administration at the University of the Sunshine Coast by the due date.

International students

USC offers study abroad for international students. Cross-institutional study is not available to international students.
