How to apply - Australian, New Zealand and Australian permanent resident postgraduate students

Graduate Diploma in Education *

* Please note that students currently enrolled in or have completed their University of the Sunshine Coast degree programs in 2008 or 2009, are required to lodge applications for admission to the Graduate Diploma in Education to USC Student Administration and not through QTAC.  Please contact Student Administration at information@usc.edu.au for further information.

Step 1

Lodge an application through the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC):

Please note: QTAC Tertiary Study Application Form is not available for mid-year applications.

Step 2

Complete a Graduate Diploma in Education Additional Information Form (PDF 99KB)

Lodge the completed Graduate Diploma in Education Additional Information Form with the appropriate supporting documentation to the Faculty of Science, Health and Education, by the due date.

Postgraduate coursework programs

Step 1

Complete the relevant postgraduate coursework application form:

Step 2

Lodge the completed application form with supporting documentation to the appropriate area (as detailed on the top of the application) by the due date.

Higher degree by research students (domestic)

Step 1

Make an appointment with the Head of the relevant discipline to discuss your potential research topic, and the availability of suitable supervisors.

Step 2

Complete an Higher Degree by Research Application Form (Word doc 564KB) and compile all attachments.

Step 3

Lodge the completed application form with supporting documentation to the Office of Research six weeks prior to your intended commencement date.
