Postgraduate Orientation Program
Welcome to postgraduate study at USC. Orientation is a great way to discover the variety of facilities USC has to offer you and to get yourself ready for your postgraduate study.
Students familiar to the campus and those studying at USC for the first time will benefit from the Orientation experience and from the helpful information available.

To prepare for this semester, course information is available through your faculty. You should contact your faculty regarding any specific postgraduate sessions run prior to the commencement of classes.
Orientation – all students
In addition to the above event, postgraduate students should plan to attend a range of orientation activities to familarise themselves with the campus, facilities and meet other students and staff, including the following:
- All student Official Welcome
- Student ID Photograph Session
- Campus tours
- Introduction to the Library
- IT Essentials Presentation
- Bus tours to familiarise you with the local Sunshine Coast area and surrounding hinterland
- Social and sporting events
