Student Mentor Program

Mentors

Meet new people and get support and advice to help you through your first year with USC's Student Mentor Program. You will be linked with an experienced student from your own faculty, someone who has "been there and done that". Your student mentor will be available to answer your questions, give you support and guidance and share their experiences about University. They are a friendly face on campus who will stay in face-to-face and e-mail contact during your first ten weeks of semester.

Mentors and mentees meet for the first time at the Meet Your Mentor session held during Orientation. Then, informal catch-ups are available through the M&Mcoffeeclub and by arrangement with your mentor. Student mentors also run campus tours for new students during Orientation

Register for a mentor

To register for a mentor, download the Student Mentor Program Registration Form (PDF 113KB) and return it to Student Services at the start of the semester, or contact Student Services for more information.
