This unique course offers participants an insight into the critical components of the property sector, as observed by leading property professionals.

It is aimed at private individuals, firms, shareholders, board members and investors and public sector employees who need to understand more about all aspects of property assets and projects - and how they come together for successful investment and development.

It is also aimed at practising professionals who wish to broaden and update their knowledge of contemporary, property activities, wider than their own expertise.

Continuing professional development recognition has been arranged with some professional associations.

The course is hosted by the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC), and will be highly interactive and practical. The presenters of the various sessions are recognised leaders in their field who will share with you their own experience and know-how in each area. Course notes will be provided. Whilst some examples will be based on the Sunshine Coast, the course is relevant and applicable to all regions.

A Certificate of Attendance will be available from the University.

The course will be conducted on a non-residential basis at campus of the University of the Sunshine Coast but special package rates for accommodation have been arranged if required.

Numbers are strictly limited and early bookings are recommended.

The investment for this essential information is A$1,800 (plus GST) for a two-day course including lunch, refreshments and comprehensive notes. An early bird discount price of A$1,500 (plus GST) applies for participants who register and pay in full before Thursday May 15 2008.
