In the search for international competitiveness, management skills and vision are vital to the success of any organisation.

In this program you examine several key themes reflecting the challenges facing practising managers. These include: leadership, change, strategy, globalisation, human resource management, ethics and social responsibility, and small business management. You learn to establish good working environments that allow staff to develop and work effectively, understand organisational change, critically assess management ideas, and combine management and technical skills. Specialised studies include project management, cross-cultural management and leadership and team dynamics.

Professional recognition

Students and graduates may become members of the Australian Human Resources Institute; Australian Institute of Management.
