Course-related costs

The cost of books and other course-related materials * depends on the courses studied. Some courses require additional materials, for example laboratory coats (approximately A$35) or art supplies. Students taking Computer-Based Art and Design courses should allow between A$60 and A$100 per semester for materials and printing costs.

As a general guide, allow A$400 per semester for new textbooks. Second-hand textbooks can become available at reduced prices - inquire at the Student Guild.

English Language Program students, except students studying in the Cambridge programs, are given textbooks on a loan system to be returned once the course is completed. A textbook is included in the Cambridge program, which students are able to keep.
