Applying for admission to Study Abroad

Admission requirements 

Applicants must have:

  • completed at least one full-time year of study at an accredited tertiary institution or successfully completed senior secondary school studies considered to be at a similar level to Australian Year 12, and
  • achieved at least a passing grade average, and
  • met our minimum English language requirements, if English is not their first language.

If applicants are currently enrolled at an accredited tertiary institution, it is recommended they check with their home institution regarding credit transfer for courses studied at USC, prior to commencing their Study Abroad program.

How to apply

Complete the 2008 - International Student Application Form (PDF 111KB) or if you are applying to study in 2009 complete the 2009 - Study Abroad Application form (PDF 84KB).

When to apply

  • Applications for study in Semester 1, 2009 should be lodged by 30 November 2008 *
  • Applications for study in Semester 2, 2009 should be lodged by 31 May 2009 *

* Applications will be accepted after the above dates, though please send through your application as soon as possible.
