How to apply for English Language Programs
1. Read the Student Fees, Charges and Refunds Procedures carefully - sending the application confirms that you accept this policy and conditions.
2. Apply online now or download our English Language Program Application Form 2008 (PDF 93KB) and fax the completed form through to USC International. Fax: +61 7 5430 2836.
For a hard copy application form, please contact USC International.
3. You will be sent an email (usually within 24 hours) confirming that we have received your application
4. After we have processed your application (usually within the next few working days) we will send you:
5. To accept your offer, you will need to pay the fees as indicated on your invoice
6. If you will be studying for 12 weeks or longer, after you have paid your fees you will be issued an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (ECoE) so that you may apply for your student visa
7. If you have requested accommodation placement, we will provide you with a booking confirmation and accommodation details approximately 4 weeks before arrival, or after we have received from you:
- your flight number, airline and arrival time
- full payment of accommodation fees
