Complaints
If you have concerns about the service you have received at the Psychology Clinic, we encourage you to raise the matter with your Intern Psychologist first and attempt to resolve the problem.
If that is unsuccessful, or you believe you cannot discuss the issue with your Intern Psychologist, you should contact the Clinic Manager. If it is not possible or appropriate to discuss the problem with the Clinic Manager you may then contact the Professor of Psychology.
If the problem is still not resolved, contact the Chancellery of the University of the Sunshine Coast or the Psychologists Board of Queensland. You may also lodge a complaint with the Health Quality and Complaints Commission.
