The hiring of University of the Sunshine Coast facilities is subject to relevant policies and University statutes. The University only considers one-off bookings and reserves the right to decline any booking. Facilities are generally available outside core University business hours.

To hire a facility you must:

  1. Determine the type of facility and/or catering you require
  2. Talk to Events and Catering staff about your needs
  3. Read the relevant conditions of hire
  4. Complete the relevant application form to make your booking

# This rate is applicable for the use of computers only and does not include any set-up time required by IT services. Any software applications or CD-ROM use in these laboratories needs to be approved by the Manager of Information Technology Services 10 days prior to the function.

All room hires may incur additional charges for other services, such as cleaning, set-up, packdown and servicing during the event.

  • An additional charge for audiovisual support services for the use of these facilities applies. (Availability of staff is subject to the approval of the manager of Information Technology Services.)
  • For additional charges for audiovisual services, information technology services, venue set-up and pull-down, additional security services, please contact Events and Catering. Function areas will incur a surcharge on weekends and Public Holidays.
