The hiring of University of the Sunshine Coast facilities is subject to relevant policies and University statutes. The University only considers one-off bookings and reserves the right to decline any booking. Facilities are generally available outside core University business hours.
To hire a facility you must:
- Determine the type of facility and/or catering you require
- Talk to Events and Catering staff about your needs
- Read the relevant conditions of hire
- Complete the relevant application form to make your booking

- An additional charge for audiovisual support services for the use of these facilities applies. (Availability of staff is subject to the approval of the manager of Information Technology Services.)
- For additional charges for audiovisual services, information technology services, venue set-up and pull-down, additional security services, please contact Events and Catering. Function areas will incur a surcharge on weekends and Public Holidays.
