IT support
Information Technology Services provides a wide range of computing, audiovisual and telephone services that are made available to staff and students. Refer to ICT services for staff or ICT services for students for further information.
IT Technical support is provided from two contact points:
For students: Within the Library building, from the Student Help Desk which is located at the Library Information Desk. The Student Help Desk is staffed during each semester and assists with general queries, including password resets. Phone 07 5459 4455.
For staff: The IT Service Desk is located in the ICT Centre (Building J) and handles phone, email and counter requests. Phone 07 5430 1237.
