Landscape strategy
The landscape strategy is to develop key aspects of the landscape progressively but in a time frame that to some degree runs ahead of the building development, so that the concept of a seamless merge between the urbanity of the Central Spine and the Lake Frontage on the one hand, and the regenerated bushland to the south-east on the other is achieved. This means that some of the later building sites will in fact be developed into a mature landscape, requiring only the treatment to the immediate building surrounds to complete the picture.
