Records Management Services

Records Management Services is responsible for assisting with the University's knowledge management activities including:

  • developing, implementing and maintaining the University's records management and archives system
  • coordinating Freedom of Information requests and the implementation of privacy legislation

Records and archives management

Records Management Services provides a record management system. All cost centres are required to use the Recfind system for their document and record management.
