Researchers in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences comprise an enthusiastic research community committed to scholarly inquiry, creativity and innovation. Their experience and expertise across many fields brings diversity of knowledge and intellect to the Faculty.

Those wishing to undertake research at postgraduate or honours level will find a knowledgeable and inspiring academic staff with research experience and expertise in a broad range of research areas. The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences currently more students undertaking a broad variety of honours projects and higher degrees by research projects.

As a postgraduate or honours research student you will not only enhance your own employment prospects, but in contributing to advancing and applying knowledge, you will play an active role in shaping a better future for all.

The Faculty also runs the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences research seminars each semester that spotlights staff research.
