Profile

Dr Greg Laing has 17 years lecturing experience in accounting at universities in Queensland and New South Wales. Before becoming an academic he held various senior management positions in the general insurance industry.

Greg has served as a member on the Queensland Divisional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants as well as having held positions on Branch Councils of CPA Australia in Queensland and New South Wales.

Greg's PhD, completed at the University of Wollongong, focused on decision making under the sunk cost effect. In addition to having published books on accounting he has conducted forensic accounting investigations.
