Profile
After working in industry, Dr Raciti was awarded a Faculty scholarship and went on to achieve a First Class Honours degree in services marketing. She was also the recipient of an Australian Postgraduate Award for her PhD, with her thesis on relationship marketing within service contexts. Maria’s publications have been accepted in the Journal of Service Marketing, Social Marketing Quarterly and Young Consumers.
Dr Raciti has lectured in universities for over a decade. Her leadership and scholarship in teaching that have seen her awarded the Vice Chancellor's Medal for Outstanding University Teaching 2006. In addition, Maria's teaching has been acknowledged at a national level, with her award of a Carrick Citation in 2006. Maria is now nationally regarded 'for creating a successful relational learning environment for Business students of all abilities'.
