Books

General collection

The general collection integrates a range of resources and formats, to support the learning, teaching and research areas of the University.

Non-circulating collection

Print serials and core reference material are held in the non-circulating collection. Items are available for use in the Library only.

Reserve collection

Copies of texts and recommended readings listed on course outlines, tapes of lectures, and TV recordings are held in the Reserve Collection. These can be used in the Library building for two hours. The reserve collection is updated for the start of each semester.

Newspapers

The Library receives the national and Sunshine Coast regional daily newspapers for reading in the Library. These are stored opposite the Information Desk on level one. Back-issues are retained for one week, except for the Financial Review which is retained for six months. Many of these daily newspapers are available online.
