Student wireless feedback
As part of the Library Wireless Pilot undertaken earlier this semester, Library staff undertook a survey of student perceptions of the wireless pilot.
The survey asked students what they thought of the wireless services, what benefits/advantages the service offered them, and any problems they encountered with the service.
Seventy-six responses were received in total from USC students. Overall, respondents were pleased with the wireless pilot and described it as enabling mobility, convenience and comfort. Respondents indicated they would like to see the wireless service to continue and to expand to the whole campus.
