Laptops
Only currently enrolled USC students are eligible to borrow laptops.
Length of loan:
- laptops may be borrowed for a maximum of 2 hours
- laptops are due back half an hour before closing
- there are no overnight loans
- there is no booking system for the laptops
Responsibility and replacement costs:
- full replacement cost will be charged for repair, loss or theft
- usage of the University's internet and email facilities is governed by the Acceptable Use of Information Technology Resources Policy
Software:
- software provided is the same as the USC standard operating environment
Overdues and renewals:
- no renewals are allowed on laptop loans
- late returns will result in loss of borrowing privileges and may result in suspension of future laptop loans
