Electronic Resource Problem Report Form

This form is to be used by staff and students to report any problems with the Library's electronic databases, electronic journals and newspapers, online Library Catalogue or Library website. Contact the Library Information Desk for information about the Library self-check machine or Library computers, including printing, the pay Internet PCs and the CD-Rom PC.

Library staff can also use this form to report issues with the Virtua Library System including Infostation, Self-Check machine and the Virtua Client and Library hardware issues including printing, Library gates and the stand alone pcs.

The Library will respond your report within one business day of submission.

Before you start:

  • For information about your network username and password, student intranet, Blackboard, SOLAR, email or University staff and student computing facilities (including printing from the labs), email the IT Service Desk or telephone +61 7 5430 1237.
  • Access to the Library catalogue and database services may be unavailable on Friday mornings from 5-8am AUST EST during Library/ITS network and system maintenance. Please try again outside these hours if your access issue occurred during this time.
  • If you require an additional username and password for the Library databases or electronic journals or newspapers, send a request via the Ask A Librarian Form or telephone the Library Information Desk on +61 7 5430 2803.
