Stack Item Retrieval Request Form

The University of the Sunshine Coast Library Stack Item Retrieval form may be used to request an item listed in the Library catalogue as being 'Available At: Stack Collection - Ground Level'. Once the items have been retrieved you will receive an email notifying you of the item's availability. The item cannot be borrowed but will be available for use in the Library. You will need your USC ID card to collect your request.

Before you make a request, please ensure that you have checked if the journal issue is available online in the Journal and Newspaper Titles List.
