USC Alumni Library Registration Form

This form is used by Alumni of the University of the Sunshine Coast to apply for borrowing privileges at the University of the Sunshine Coast Library. Staff and students from other Universities should use the Reciprocal Borrowing Form.

  • Registrations approved between 1 January and 31 December each year will be valid until 31 December.
  • Present your photo ID at the Library Loans Desk for your registration to be processed.
