USC Alumni Library Registration Form

This form is used by graduates of the University of the Sunshine Coast to apply for alumni membership of the University of the Sunshine Coast Library. Membership entitles alumni to in person borrowing privileges and remote access to a select number of databases accessible via the Alumni Databases page. If you elect to borrow material from the Library a Library ID card will be created for you on receipt of this form. You can pick up your card from the Loans Desk on presentation of photo ID. If you elect to have remote access to Library databases you will receive an email with details of your login and password. Your access will be activated within 5 business days.

Registrations approved between 1 January and 31 December each year will be valid until February 28 the following year.
