On completing his Communication Degree at University of Georgia, David Fleischman sought an international postgraduate program that would broaden his future professional opportunities within a global context.

“I chose to study at USC because of the location. I figured I couldn’t go wrong living and studying at the Sunshine Coast—it is a perfect combination of academics and lifestyle,” David says.

“My favourite thing about USC, aside from the location, is the people. There is a perfect combination of international students and Australians that provide a nice cultural experience in a beautiful region of the country,” he says.
David believes that international study allows a student to gain ‘real’ cultural insight.
“Cultural insight is something you cannot gain without actually putting yourself into a ‘real life’ situation. USC provides a great atmosphere for cultural expansion.”
David has found that the USC International staff have made his transition to study in Australia easy and hassle free.
