The Australian Women and Leadership Forum - The Leadership Voice (PDF 725KB)

The Australian Women & Leadership Forum presents The Leadership Voice - a highly interactive full day forum designed to assist you in understanding and realising your own leadership potential. The Leadership Voice provides a unique opportunity to identify your own personal leadership style and how you deal with challenges and complexities in the workplace.

An exploration of leadership style underpins several invaluable workshops including multigenerational awareness, emotional intelligence, and communication styles. Participants come away with practical strategies to deal with key challenges in the workplace.  The program also provides the opportunity to learn and develop in the company of other dynamic women.

The Leadership Voice acknowledges that as women, it is impossible to separate the different areas of our lives. Indeed, when we feel confident and empowered, we perform optimally at work, at home and in our social lives.
