Group exercise classes

Students and staff of the University and members of the community can take advantage of group exercise sessions that provide health and wellbeing in a fun supportive environment. USC gym memberships include free access to group exercise classes.

Starting 20 February  (sign in for all classes through the Sports Kiosk located adjacent the USC Pool).

Pilates

Pilates can help you improve your strength, muscle tone, flexibility and overall fitness. This low-impact, high-intensity class is open to all levels, and community members are welcome.

Classes are held at the Sports Stadium.

Pilates fees are:

  • A$8 per class – staff / student / concession
  • A$12 per class – visitors

Yoga

Yoga is a beneficial fitness activity that strengthens, tones, sculpts and frees the body.

Classes are held at the Sports Stadium each Tuesday and Thursday from 5.30–6.30pm. Yoga fees are:

  • A$8 per class – staff / student / concession
  • A$12 per class – visitors
