We are the change — our work is capacity building. Wherever we go in the world we work to help create a healthy, resilient and sustainable future for people.
We capacity build
Our attention is focused on where help is needed and we have a depth of knowledge to call on.
Our teaching and learning teams are award winning with expertise across health, education, engineering, science, digital technologies and communication – knowledge clusters that are helping to transform lives.
We work in modern facilities, including immersive 3-D simulation suites which offer the best interactive teaching opportunities in the world for engineers, scientists and health practitioners.
We create solutions
Our knowledge tree is green and growing with millions of dollars invested in current research projects that are helping to solve problems, including climate change, better forestry management, infectious disease control, maternal and child health, and road accident prevention.
Our Sustainability Research Centre has received recognition from the United Nations for innovation and in 2016 we will open a new Health Research Institute and the Mind and Neuroscience Institute.
We collaborate with others
We are part of a clever humanitarian ecosystem. We know the world is better off if we work in partnerships that provide value to people who really need it. We seek out collaborations with public and private partners at home and abroad to achieve positive social impact.
And, our partners enjoy our flexibility to get on with things. Being a dynamic fast growing organisation, we cut through red tape to deliver projects efficiently.
