Maya is a proposal and tender writer for USC International Development, this primarily includes researching data and information for each tender. She has also assisted in the planning and design of short term capacity building development programs as Project Officer (both in Australia and Indonesia), including developing project plans, schedules and risk management.
Her past roles have included the management of service line at Queensland Health, Administration in Regional and Planning Coordination at the Department of Natural Resources and Mines and various Administration and Customer Service roles in both the public and private sector.
Maya has undertaken voluntary work as an English as a Second Language Teacher in Bali. She is fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Major - Bahasa Indonesia, Minor – Development Studies), University of the Sunshine Coast, studying at both Universitas Mataram, Lombok and Universitas Gajah Mada, Jogjakarta and has a Certificate III in Business (Office Administration).
