Ms Bec Kelly has over twenty years work experience in a wide variety of public and private sector roles, including: Project Assistant, Administration Assistant, Switchboard Operator, Reprographics Assistant, Reservations Sales Agent, Banquets and Conference Supervisor, and various hospitality roles.

Ms Kelly is currently the Administrative Assistant for an A$3.8 million Government Partnership Development Project to increase education capacity in Papua, Indonesia. Her role includes organising workshops, coordinating visa applications for USC staff, liaising with in-country partners, coordinating information technology requirements, booking travel and designing and producing marketing materials. Bec has also played an integral role in setting up the monitoring and evaluation function for the project.

Bec’s key skills include; organising workshops (within Australia and internationally), project management support, producing marketing materials, organising and coordinating events and functions, receiving overseas dignitaries, contributing to successful applications for project funding, staff training, supervision/management of staff, financial administration, effective communication and conflict resolution.
