Continuing education session: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness

Breadcrumbs

Health and counselling professionals and students are invited to join our facilitator, Nathan Beel, for an overview of the concepts of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, and a conversation about how they can be applied.

This session will explore research-informed practical qualities and skills that may enhance client engagement, motivation, satisfaction, and treatment outcomes. We will also introduce and compare Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy principles as additional methods to promote and support client change.
