Clarity and brevity can sometimes escape us. However, ensuring the message is clear is essential, whether you are developing materials for patient education, health reports or health promotion. Clear and concise communication is particularly important if you are needing to present technical information.

Tracy-Madonna Wylie is the Careers and Graduate Employment Adviser at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast campus. Tracy-Madonna brings a rich and diverse range of skills and perspectives to her work, which have been developed through her formal studies in communication, film and media, and education, and her experiences in the human services, higher education, training, business, and marketing sectors.

Phil Wheeler is the Student Academic Adviser - Student Services and Engagement at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast campus. Phil has extensive knowledge and skills for writing, reading and referencing. Phil is qualified in learning materials design and has extensive experience in the corporate environment.

Together Tracey-Madonna and Phil will provide you with an overview of the principles of designing and delivering captivating literature.
