In the interests of reducing paper usage and the effect on the region’s carbon footprint, all USC tenders must be accessed and lodged electronically via QTenders
Your tender offer must be printed, signed and witnessed, then scanned and lodged electronically via the QTenders website.
Expression of Interest - Architectural Services
Applications close - 12 noon, Thursday 25 May 2017
EOI are sought from suitably qualified Architects/Architectural practices for architectural services for planning, construction, refurbishment and specialist projects at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
There are three categories for submission, being:
- Projects under $1 million
- Projects from $1 million - $10 million
- Projects over $10 million
How to apply: Submissions must be lodged electronically via the Queensland QTender website. Interested parties must complete the Returnable Schedules via QTender found at www.hpw.qld.gov.au/qtender
The University will hold the EOI current for three years. An application does not guarantee work or placement on a tender list.

Registration with QTender
You will need to be registered with QTenders in order to make a tender offer.
Any additional information or conditions on tenders during the advertising period will be distributed via the email address provided by you at the time of registration on the QTenders website.
