Duties

Maryanne provides excellent reception, frontline administrative and customer service for University of the Sunshine Coast students and staff as well as community members. Maryanne is required to respond to a diverse range of clients and must do so using culturally sensitive communication. Maryanne deals with information of a personal and sensitive nature and observes confidentiality, whilst providing an appropriate triage service to a dedicated work area within the University.
