The executive projects function of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President has four key elements that support the implementation of USC’s strategic and operational plans:
This involves the design, development, implementation and review of projects designed to advance specific areas of University strategy and policy.
Higher education policy analysis and advice
This involves networking with federal politicians, advisors and senior public servants; and facilitation of publications and presentations on higher education policy by the Vice-Chancellor and other members of the USC Executive.
This involves the development of material for use by the communications manager.
Maintaining a professional working environment
This involves contributing to the creation and maintenance of a culture and systems within the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President and the Chancellery that are conducive to high productivity, excellent service, mutual respect, leadership and individual initiative, quality outcomes, and high levels of cooperation and team work
