As the Partnerships and Professional Learning Officer responsible for managing all aspects of Early Childhood and Primary Education Supervised Professional Experience (SPE) placements, Ms Palframan sources places for students at sites for their SPE, ensuring that a suitable place is found for students and all arrangements have been made for each student to be fully supported whilst undertaking their SPE.
Ms Palframan provides a personalised service to build and strengthen partnerships between early childhood and primary educational facilities and the University of the Sunshine Coast with the aim of students receiving high-quality support from sites whilst undertaking SPE.
Drawing upon the experience gained through her Bachelor of Education and other qualifications and 10 years’ experience in state and federal government agencies, Brooke can identify and respond to issues unique to early childhood and primary education sites and student professional learning experiences.
Brooke brings to her role experience in managing sustainability and regional development projects, managing administration teams, coordinating region-wide events, and strategic planning in executive leadership teams, along with skills in website and graphic design, social media management, budgeting, marketing, client service, program design, stakeholder consultation and media campaigns.
