The Executive Assistant to the Executive Dean provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Dean including managing communication to and from the Dean, managing the Dean’s diary and travel arrangements, supervising staff and coordinating the faculty secretariat.

The Executive Assistant to the Executive Dean is required to have an understanding of the University’s structure, programs, policies and operations and to apply this knowledge to be able to undertake day-to-day activities effectively.
