USC promotes a culture that is free from sexual violence
Respect. Now. Always is an initiative launched by Universities Australia to ensure that university campuses are places of safety and respect for all students and staff. The Respect. Now. Always campaign is about raising awareness in the university community that sexual assault and sexual harassment are completely unacceptable.
As part of the campaign, USC students were randomly selected to take part in an anonymous national survey run by the Australian Human Rights Commission with assistance from Roy Morgan Research. The survey responses will provide important information about the prevalence of these behaviours to guide improvements in policies and support services, and help keep students safe on university campuses. USC is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for anyone impacted by sexual assault.
