People wanting to enrol at the University of the Sunshine Coast next year can get last-minute study advice and tour the Sippy Downs campus at USC’s annual Options Q&A Evening on Monday 16 December.
The free information event from 4pm to 6.30pm will assist people who have chosen the University as a QTAC preference as well as those who are yet to apply.
USC External Relations Officer Macaela French said visitors could get one-on-one answers to their questions and attend seminars on popular USC programs such as new degrees in Law and Creative Industries.
“USC staff will offer tips on pathways to university, scholarships, fees, financial support, student services and overseas study as part of USC degrees,” she said.
“Current students will share their experiences of USC and offer insights into how to thrive in your first year of uni.”
The Student Guild will hold a barbecue and representatives will be available from the Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast TAFE and Southbank Institute of TAFE.
A similar event will be held at the USC Gympie learning hub on Tuesday 17 December from 5.30pm to 7pm.
To register for these events, go to the Options Q&A evening or call (07) 5456 5000.
