Eye-catching USC buildings to open to public

Six stunning USC buildings will go on display to the public on Saturday 21 October as part of the Sunshine Coast Open House program.

Guided tours will be held between 10am and 4pm on campus at Sippy Downs.

Visitors can enjoy learning about the architecture, history and multiple uses of the Library, Art Gallery, Chancellery, Learning and Teaching Hub, Engineering Learning Hub and adjoining Building H.

The free Sunshine Coast Open House program is an initiative of Sunshine Coast Council, Noosa Council and the Australian Institute of Architects Sunshine Coast committee.

It celebrates the 50th anniversary of the naming of the Sunshine Coast and highlights the growth and innovation in the region.

Bookings are not required for the USC buildings but are required for some other buildings involved in the program across the Coast.
