Breadcrumbs

Internet media has accelerated public concern for the environment and public scrutiny of business and government. With the globalisation of activism and terrorism, management of risks and crises has become a necessary function across all sectors. This course introduces you to the principles, ethics and strategies of risk, crisis and issue management through case studies. You will research a mediatised public problem for a selected client. As you strategically work on a case, you will develop necessary communication knowledge and skills to perform effectively as a public relations consultant.
