ENG704 Pavement Maintenance

Breadcrumbs

The sustainable maintenance of pavements for roads, mining, airports, industrial warehousing and multimodal freight terminals is important in terms of safety, serviceability and structural adequacy. This phase depends on the quality of operation and renewal, and informs the other ‘pavement’ life cycle phases. In this professional course you apply the principles and practices of maintenance to road network components and their assets. You solve complex technical and non-standard problems to plan prompt maintenance, based on detailed data and forensics, and communicate to specialist audiences.
