In this course you will examine how retailers understand their customers’ preferences and respond with appropriate products and services through effective supply chain management. Topics include retail logistics, omni-channel fulfilment, vendor managed inventory, retail inventory management, ERP/POS/RFID technologies, ecommerce platform, and business analytics. This course includes a retail project where learned concepts will be applied to real business issues.
