This course introduces you to assessment of nutritional status of groups and individuals. Limitations of the various methods used for collecting dietary information will be discussed. You will learn about dietary analysis and evaluation using both qualitative and quantitative methodology. Techniques to measure energy expenditure and biochemical assessment, will also be covered. Additionally, you will learn about assessment of body composition using a variety of techniques. Interpretation of data will be applied through case study examples with at risk groups.
