This course focuses on applying the principles, processes and practices necessary to efficiently integrate early project management activities. This knowledge principally relates to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and its application to the dynamic and interacting pre-planning processes and activities for a larger scale professional project. You will identify, define, combine, unify and coordinate the various processes and project activities associated with the development of a business case and Project Charter for a major real life project.
