USC Book of Records

Breadcrumbs

4 April 2017

Do you want to set a USC record?

How about a world record?

Come up with a unique challenge of your own or get ideas from the Guinness World Records and/or the Guinness World Records: History.

Everyone at some point in their life has wanted to break a record. Now is your chance!

Based on the idea of the Guinness World Records, the USC Book of Records will record who at USC holds the title for a particular challenge.

How it works
  • submit your challenge idea to hsw@usc.edu.au by the end of April
  • challenges will be selected by stakeholders based on criteria*
  • the USC community will be invited to participate in the selected challenges to determine the record holder

The challenge doesn't have to stop with USC Book of Records. If you want to strive for greatness and get your name published in the Guiness World Records, we encourage that as well.

Start by studying existing records or get really, really creative!

*Not all challenges submitted will be chosen. This will be determined by the number we receive and resources available for the particular challenge.

In addition, all USC Book of Record challenges will be:

  • no/low cost
  • measurable
  • safe
  • conducted at USC
