Students sitting on Alexandra Headland hill

14 March 2017

The Student Wellbeing team are seeking volunteers to assist in organising and promoting the Consent is Sexy campaign across all USC campuses.

The campaign aims to promote awareness and the practice of respect, consent and open discussion; responsible, safer sex; sexual health and emotional wellbeing; and gender equality and equality of rights in relationships. It counters interpersonal and relationship abuse, sexual assault, intimate partner rape and acquaintance or date rape; and gender discrimination and homophobia.

Volunteers will need to attend a skills training workshop, help promote the campaign by raising awareness at events and other small tasks.

Volunteers will receive a voucher, certificate of participation and points towards the USC Student Leadership Award.

To volunteer or for more information please contact David Duncan, Student Health Coordinator, Student Wellbeing.
