Come along to Mindfulness@Uni or Drop-in lunch time Meditation.
Mindfulness@Uni is a 6 week course which helps students:
- Increase concentration, memory and speed of processing - to get the most out of lectures, and complete assignments, exams and presentations more easily.
- Alleviate stress, anxiety and depression.
- Cultivate wisdom and reclaim the joy, gratitude and compassionate awareness that makes life beautiful.
When: Wednesdays, 11am-12.30pm, Weeks 4-9
What to bring: Nothing but comfortable clothes are good.

Drop-in lunch time Meditation
Drop-in lunch timeMeditation is offered 3 days a week. It is suitable for beginners or the advanced. Mindfulness meditation techniques are taught and bookings are not necessary.
