Student Guild AGM and Nominations for the Management Committee

Breadcrumbs

12 May 2017

The Student Guild Committee of Management (CoM) is the overarching student committee that oversees USC Clubs and Societies, provides high quality representation, and coordinates student-focused social activities.

The Student Guild allocates funding, organises student events and offer a range of services from the Guild Textbook shop to weekly BBQs and Movie nights.

To find out more about the Student Guild and ways you can join the CoM team, come along to our Annual General Meeting (AGM), Wednesday May 17 at 1pm in LT5 following the Vice-Chancellor and President's Student Forum.

Pizza will be provided!

You can nominate now for a Committee of Management position.

All positions will be declared vacant, and there are 9 available:

  • President,
  • Vice-President (events and marketing),
  • Vice-President (Clubs and Societies),
  • Treasurer,
  • Secretary, and
  • 4 general committee members

Getting involved in student leadership roles such as the CoM can accumulate credit for their involvement and get it recognised for the Student Leadership Award.

Student Guild CoM membership is also a great opportunity to gain broader experience and skills to complement a university degree and be job-ready.
